  • PROPER USE & SAFETY - When using the the jerky shooter use two hands with firm grip & squeeze the trigger handle with a consistent amount of pressure, long enough in order to make the desired length of your jerky strip or stick. Always wash this Jerky Shooter after done with each use with the Nylon Brush & manually by hand. DO NOT wash in a dishwasher, our jerky shooters are not dishwasher safe.
